How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in Cork?
Housewell’s standard prices are €219 for a one-bedroom property, €259 for two bedrooms and €299 for three bedrooms. Larger properties are quoted individually.
Is oven cleaning included?
Yes. Oven cleaning is included in our standard end-of-tenancy cleaning service, along with the hob and extractor fan.
Do you clean inside the fridge and cupboards?
Yes. Cleaning inside the fridge and kitchen cupboards is part of our standard service. The property should be ready for cleaning, with personal belongings and food removed as appropriate.
Do you charge extra if cleaning takes longer?
No. We allow sufficient time for the agreed standard cleaning scope and do not add a charge simply because the work takes longer than expected.
Should the property be empty before cleaning?
Ideally, yes. An empty property makes it easier to reach cupboards, floors, corners and other areas that need attention.
Will cleaning guarantee my deposit is returned?
No cleaning company can guarantee a deposit return. Deposit decisions depend on the tenancy agreement, the property’s condition and applicable rules. A thorough clean can help prepare the property for inspection.
