A quick wipe of the cupboard doors is not the same as cleaning the interiors. Empty cupboards and drawers are part of our standard cleaning specification.
How Much Time Is Allowed?
A proper end of tenancy clean takes longer than ordinary weekly cleaning. The job should be planned around the work required, not an unrealistic finishing time.

How much is end of tenancy cleaning in Cork?
Housewell’s fixed standard prices are €219 for a one-bedroom property, €259 for two bedrooms and €299 for three bedrooms. Four-bedroom and larger properties are quoted individually.
Is oven cleaning included in the price?
Yes. Oven cleaning is included in Housewell’s standard end of tenancy cleaning price, along with the hob, extractor and other agreed kitchen cleaning tasks.
Is fridge cleaning included?
Yes. Cleaning the inside of the fridge and freezer is included in the standard cleaning specification. They should be emptied before our team arrives.
Do you charge more if the job takes longer?
We don’t increase the agreed standard cleaning price simply because the job takes longer than expected. We plan ample time for the detailed clean. Separately requested specialist work is quoted and agreed in advance.
Do you clean inside kitchen cupboards?
Yes. Empty kitchen cupboards and drawers are included in our standard cleaning specification.
Is carpet shampooing included?
Standard carpet vacuuming is included. Carpet shampooing or specialist stain treatment is a separate service and can be quoted if required.
Can landlords and letting agents book?
Yes. We provide end of tenancy cleaning for tenants, landlords, letting agents and property managers throughout Cork and surrounding areas.
Do you cover areas outside Cork city?
